Dig Here is provided for personal, non-commercial prospecting research. You may not scrape, redistribute, or resell any data from the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your prospecting activities comply with all applicable laws and permit requirements.
The data shown on Dig Here is sourced from government and public datasets. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the completeness or currency of any information. Always verify data independently before making decisions in the field.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
All content, design, and data analysis produced by Dig Here is our intellectual property. Government-sourced data is subject to its respective open licences — see our Data Sources page for details.
Dig Here is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform, including decisions made based on data shown on the map.
The Dig Here iOS app is an extension of the service. These terms apply equally to your use of the app. The app stores map data, satellite imagery, and LiDAR terrain locally on your device for offline use. You are responsible for managing your device storage. The app accesses your device location and compass sensors solely to provide navigation and map features. Account linking via a 6-digit code is required to sync your data between the website and the app.
The app is currently in beta. Beta features may change, be removed, or contain bugs. We provide no uptime guarantee for beta features and accept no liability for data loss or navigation errors arising from beta functionality.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Dig Here after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
